RDM Strategy Implementation

The UBC Research Data Management (RDM) Strategy Implementation Committee was launched in September 2023 to begin the implementation of the institutional RDM Strategy. This strategy aims to enhance research data support across the university while acknowledging and accommodating discipline-specific needs. It aligns with the national Tri-Agency Research Data Management Policy.

The Implementation Committee builds on the foundational work of the former RDM Steering Committee, which led extensive campus-wide consultations and focus groups to develop the UBC RDM Strategy.
